Survey of Child and Family Services Recipients' Sense of Safety and Security

On November 2, 2022, the AEF Social Lab* launched "Protection is..." an anonymous and confidential survey, available in three languages (French, German and English), to collect the feelings of safety and protection of children and youth receiving child and family support (CFS). The survey can be completed on paper or online.

Target audience

  • minors and young adults between the ages of 7 and 27 who are benefiting from AEF measures;
  • their parents and relatives;
  • their host families;
  • all professionals (field, management, etc.) in the EAF sector.

Goals

  • Identify aspects that do or do not allow recipients to feel safe in their assistance measure(s);
  • Identify key elements to define child and youth protection and safety in the EAF sector;
  • assess the opportunities for these aid recipients to identify a contact person if they need help with their protection and safety.

The data collected will be used to implement the EAF national reference framework in the area of beneficiary protection.

How to participate?

The survey is available online here: "Protection is..."
