From March 21 to June 2024, the AEF Social Lab team will be meeting children, young people, parents, foster families and professionals in various locations dedicated to child and family assistance (AEF).
As part of a workshop, the AEF Social Lab presents the "Participation, Protection and Complaints" comic strip, created to convey in a playful way the latest results of surveys in the field of child and family welfare. The aim is to "close the loop" on participation. The comic strip and workshop also raise awareness among children and young people of their right to participate, to be protected and to complain.
This activity is part of a series of consultations undertaken since 2021 by the AEF Social Lab with all AEF stakeholders, partners and beneficiaries, first to feed into the national AEF reference framework, then to serve its implementation. All the reports on these consultations can be found in the AEF Social Lab online library. The comic strip is available in French, German and English.
The AEF Social Lab is a platform for exchange, innovation and co-creation that organizes, coordinates and carries out the consultation process launched by the Ministry of National Education, Childhood and Youth to rethink child and family aid (AEF) policies.
