One of the 2022 missions of the AEF Social Lab is to collect all of the continuing education needs of employees in the child and family services sector.
To this end, the AEF Social Lab is launching a survey, from June 15 to June 30, 2022, for the personnel of the AEF structures (i.e. any place of reception and care for children, young adults and families, offering ambulatory, semi-stationary or stationary measures).
Target audience
- supervisory and monitoring staff (cf. field staff in direct contact with the beneficiaries (group leaders, educators, social workers, psychologists, pedagogues, etc.)
- management personnel (executive officers, assistant executive officers)
- administrative staff (secretaries, accountants, human resources, etc.).

The survey consists of only a few questions to allow as many people as possible to participate without spending too much time on it.
